What is the cost of parking for hotel guests?

You can park your car in the area directly under the hotel windows (monitored by the camera system), for a fee of 200 CZK (€ 8) / night, or in a guarded parking lot for 250 CZK (€ 10) / night.

Is it possible to order breakfast on arrival or during my stay?

Yes, the price of one breakfast is 200 CZK (EUR 8) / person.

What time can I check in (at the latest)?

The hotel reception is available 24 hours a day, so you may check in at any time after 2 p.m.

Can I pay for the accommodation by a credit card?

Yes, all our services can be paid at the hotel reception in cash or by VISA, MasterCard and Maestro credit cards.

From what time can I check in?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you check-in before 2 p.m. on busy days. In case of early arrival, we can keep your luggage in a locked room for some time. On less busy days, we charge an additional fee of CZK 450 (€ 18) for early check-in.

Is there a lift in the hotel?

All areas of the hotel are located on the ground floor, so you will only have to lift your mood here. 😊

Can I stay in your hotel with a dog?

Unfortunately not. You will have to leave your pets at home.

What time do I have to leave the room on the departure day?

Check-out time on the departure day is until 11:00 a.m. On less busy dates, a later departure is possible for an additional fee of CZK 450 (€ 18).

Are all rooms wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, we do not have any real barrier-free rooms. However, with the exception of three small stairs, all areas of the hotel are located on the ground floor and disabled guests can get to most rooms without any problem.

Can I pay for my business trip by invoice after departure?

Payment by invoice is possible only for our regular clients. Unfortunately, we do not allow it for new customers. However, if you send us your billing information well in advance (at least 10 days before arrival), we can issue you an invoice with due date before your arrival.

Is it possible to order half board?

Hotel Alexis is defined as "hotel garni", so we do not have the classical restaurant. Besides breakfast you can purchase some snacks and drinks in the vending machine at the reception. We will also be happy to recommend you our favorite local restaurants.
