Early Arrivals and Late Departures
If you arrive before the official accommodation time and prefer immediate access to the room, you will be charged a fee of 450 CZK (€ 18). The same applies in the case of a later departure after 11 a.m. However, these services can be used only after checking out the free capacity of the hotel with the receptionist.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation is valid up to 48 hours before official check-in. In case of “no-show” or cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the fee for the first night. Your credit card will be used as a guarantee of your booking (we accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electron, Maestro and Diners Club).
Accommodation prices and cancellation conditions for groups depend on our mutual agreement.
Safe Parking
Parking is possible in the area directly under the hotel windows, monitored by a camera system, for a fee of 200 CZK (€ 8) / night. For absolute safety of your car, we also offer a guarded parking space in the area of our friendly company LCSG for 250 CZK (€ 10) / night.
Free weekend parking (at your own risk) is possible in Bělehradská and Závišova streets.
